Housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 7 nights.

Kindly be aware that we are legally required tothe IVA tax, equivalent to 19% of your total reservation fees. However, upon your arrival at the airport, you can inquire about the procedures to potentially obtain reimbursement from the government.

Please keep in mind that once you make the reservation, you will be asked to send your legal identity document, Colombian citizenship card, or passport, your address and email.

The entrance to the La Torre de Cali building is through the office entrance, next to the entrance to the parking basement. During office hours we receive guests in our office on the 7th floor.
